No Scraps Unlimited is a nonprofit organization dedicated to improving the lives of less

fortunate individuals, the homeless population, and ex-offenders by providing transitional

housing solutions. In collaboration with Frenchman Realty, we are proud to introduce a

new initiative aimed at buying and leasing homes to create safe and supportive

transitional housing.

Objective:

The primary objective of this project is to offer stable and secure housing options for

individuals in need, enabling them to transition from challenging circumstances to a more

stable and self-sufficient future. By partnering with Frenchman Realty, we aim to identify

suitable properties and utilize them for the betterment of the community.

Collaboration with Frenchman Realty:

Frenchman Realty, has partnered with No Scraps Unlimited to support our mission of

creating transitional housing. Through their expertise in the housing market, they will aid

in identifying and acquiring properties that align with our vision. This collaboration

ensures that the homes we purchase and lease are well-maintained and meet the necessary

safety standards.

Property Acquisition and Leasing:

With the support of Frenchman Realty, No Scraps Unlimited will actively seek out homes

that can be converted into transitional housing units. These properties will be purchased

or leased, depending on the available resources and the specific needs of the community.

We will consult with housing experts to ensure that the selected properties are conducive

to creating a supportive and nurturing environment for our residents.

Renovation and Adaptation:

Once the properties are acquired, our team of professionals will oversee the renovation

and adaptation processes. This will include making necessary modifications to ensure the

homes meet the specific requirements of transitional housing, such as safety

enhancements, accessibility features, and communal spaces for residents to interact and

support each other.
