Our mission is to provide supportive pathways toward stability, independence, and successful community reintegration for low-income individuals, individuals returning to society after incarceration, and families experiencing hardship.
Through transitional housing, food assistance, community resources, supportive programming, education, and partnerships, we seek to give individuals the foundation they need to move from instability toward self-sufficiency.

Incarcerated Parents & Family Supportive Assistance Programs
The Incarcerated Parents & Family Supportive Assistance Program is designed to strengthen, stabilize, and empower families impacted by parental incarceration. The program recognizes that incarceration affects not only the individual who is incarcerated, but also their children, spouses, caregivers, and extended family members. Our goal is to help families remain connected, overcome financial and social barriers, access essential resources, and create opportunities for long-term stability and success.
Community Food Assistance & Hunger Relief Program

The Feeding Families & the Homeless Community Food Assistance Program is a hunger-relief and community outreach services; dedicated to helping individuals and families experiencing food insecurity, homelessness, financial hardship, and other difficult life circumstances.
Through community partnerships, donations, volunteers, and food-rescue resources, the program provides nutritious groceries, fresh and frozen meats, prepared meals, holiday food packages, pantry staples, and emergency food assistance to people who need additional support.
