Ordering & Pickup Policy
• All orders are subject to product availability.
• Specialty, custom, and large-quantity orders may require advance notice and a deposit.
• Please provide your correct name and telephone number when placing an order.
• Customers should verify their order at pickup whenever possible.
• Orders should be picked up during the confirmed pickup window.
Custom & Special Orders
Custom cakes, dessert trays, specialty bakery items, catering-sized orders, and event orders may require advance payment or a non-refundable deposit. Once preparation or purchasing of special ingredients has begun, deposits and payments may not be refundable.
Freshness & Food Safety
Our bakery products are prepared and packaged with quality and freshness in mind. Customers are responsible for following any storage or refrigeration instructions provided with their order. For food-safety reasons, products that have left our possession generally cannot be returned or resold.
